What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers (think CEOs, CFOs, and business owners).
- Collaborating with our internal teams to tailor services that meet each client’s unique needs.
- Developing strategic plans to hit revenue targets.
- Representing Pacific Crest Group at networking events, conferences, and meetings—yes, you’ll get to leave your desk sometimes!
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitors so we’re always one step ahead.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (bonus points if it’s in professional services like accounting, finance, or HR).
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building trust with clients.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and smashing targets, leading complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- The ability to turn business jargon into clear, compelling conversations.
- Experience leveraging CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Competitive salary and an uncapped commission structure! We expect on-target earnings to be in the neighborhood of $165,000 in the first year, but the sky is the limit.
