We are seeking an experienced Advanced Staff Accountant to join our team of skilled professionals who provide all levels of accounting services to our clients. Your role will involve managing AR/AP transactions, reconciliations, preparing financial reports and statements, assisting with budgets and financial controls, and auditing for quality to ensure we continue to provide our clients with the accurate and consistent services they expect. 

The ideal candidate is someone who truly enjoys accounting work, is extremely comfortable with their understanding of GAAP practices and compliance, and is agile and able to use or learn different accounting platforms and tools.  While our employees may work remotely, the team is extremely connected and collaborative and so our new hire will be someone who wants to work as a team, not alone, and who will be communicate professionally and proactively with co-workers and clients alike.

Must have:

  • Over 5 years of proven work experience in accounting
  • Positivity and a passion for organization and accuracy
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines 
  • Superior skills in Excel, and the major accounting platforms

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
  • Experience handling accounting for multiple clients with differing needs
